Cases we solve

Problem We Faced

Our case involved defending a family whose vehicle suffered a total brake failure, resulting in a catastrophic head-on collision. The primary challenge was the immediate and absolute denial from the multinational auto manufacturer, which used its considerable resources to control the evidence. They impounded the vehicle and claimed the accident resulted from driver error or improper maintenance, not a defect.

Proving otherwise meant going against a powerful entity prepared to protect its reputation, with the critical electronic data and physical evidence locked behind their proprietary systems and legal barriers.

How We Overcame

We overcame this by securing a court order for an independent forensic examination of the vehicle and brake system. Our engineering experts identified a critical material flaw in the master cylinder seal—a component that degraded prematurely and did not meet the manufacturer's own specifications. More decisively, we decoded the vehicle's event data recorder, which proved the driver had applied full brake pressure, yet the system showed zero hydraulic pressure before impact.

Confronted with irrefutable evidence of a latent manufacturing defect, the manufacturer abandoned its defense and agreed to a generous confidential settlement, ensuring the family's long-term security and medical care.

Result: The family received full financial security for ongoing medical needs and losses, and the manufacturer was compelled to address critical internal safety concerns.
